Delete my GradeSaathi account

For the GradeSaathi website and the GradeSaathi Android app (com.gradesaathi.app).

Option 1: delete it yourself, right now (teacher accounts)

1. Sign in to GradeSaathi on the website or in the Android app.
2. Open Settings → Security → Delete Account.
3. Read the warning, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Download any reports you need first.

Option 2: ask us to delete it (if you cannot sign in, or for institute administrator accounts)

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my GradeSaathi account.
2. Send it from the email address, or tell us the registered mobile number, on the account (so we can confirm it is you). We may reply with a one-time code to the registered mobile number.
3. We confirm by reply, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email address and login details.
• Students, batches, tests, uploaded question papers and answer sheets, evaluation results and generated reports that you created.
• Any unused credits. Ask for a refund first if you are within the 7-day refund window described in the Terms of Use.

What we may keep, and for how long

• Payment, invoice and tax records: up to 8 years, as required by law.
• Security and abuse-prevention logs: up to 12 months.
• Anonymised statistics that cannot identify you or any student.

Wanting to delete only some data?

Tell us what to delete (for example one batch, test or student) in the same email, and we will remove just that and keep your account. Many items can also be removed inside the app from the Batches and Roster pages.

Institute accounts

If your account belongs to an institute, the institute administrator may need to approve deletion of data shared by other teachers of that institute.
